I am grateful for all the family and friends who have kept in touch through this website. It surprises me (since I am not much of a blogger... is that a word) and encourages me as well. I am writing now to ask for something of great importance. We NEED prayer. I truly believe that one way the battle is fought on this earth is through the creation of godly families. God is the one who creates but He graciously allows us to be part of the process through prayer. Praise Him!
Please do pray for us as we finish the details of the wedding and as we prepare for the marriage. Please pray for good health for everyone involved in the wedding (Jason and one of his groomsmen are not feeling well at the moment). Please pray for safety for everyone traveling here in the next few days. Please, please pray that God will be glorified in the service and that many would hear and respond to the gospel that is shared. God bless you!

Here I sit, sipping Alterra coffee, and reading your storybook just 5 hours before your wedding. I'm sure you are running around like crazy trying to get all the details to work out just right.

In "fairytales" they live "happily ever after". In Christ, we know that will be your story ending (beginning) as well. Isn't it GREAT?
